How to find Payments that will need to be exported

Your Export Template will define the columns that will be exported. However, you will need a report to show which records need to be included.

Prepare a report that uses the Opportunity object. You report must include either the Opportunity Name or Opportunity ID You can include whichever additional fields you want to help you make sure you have selected the correct records. Filter the report as needed. We recommend that you filter for Posted (on Payment) equals "False" so when the payments are posted they will not appear in the report next time.

Be sure to save the report in a publicly accessible folder (not in My Personal Reports).
