How to enable Apsona Users

Apsona generously donates 10 licenses to nonprofit organizations. In order to take advantage of those donated licenses, you must enable them for access Apsona. Here's how you do that.

You must be a System Administrator. Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages. It should be clear in the sidebar.

Find Apsona for Salesforce in the list of packages and click Manage Licenses

All the licensed users are listed here. To add another user, click Add Users button.

Find the person you want to add and check by their name. It will show as selected in the bottom section. Then click Add button.

Now when that user clicks the + at the end of the tab bar, they should be able to select Apsona.
