Creating a new user for KELL

Click and Pledge users are tied to your email address, so in order for KELL to configure your C&P and Salesforce integration we will need for you to create an additional user for KELL.

Get Your Click & Pledge Account

If you've not already created your C&P account, go to this link: https://clickandpledge.com/partners/?p=kellpartners and complete the steps to create your account. You will need your bank account details, as well as, your federal tax ID number and other standard information to complete the form.

Log In to Connect

First you'll need to log into https://login.connect.clickandpledge.com/

1. Enter your email address, and Check the Checkbox and then you'll get an email from C&P containing the activation key.  

Enter the key from your email and press Login.

Next Click on the 4square icon towards the top right and in the flyout menu press the 'Settings' icon.

Next, Select the Users tab on the left side and then click on the New User  button.

Then just enter the user details.  We recommend naming the user  KELL followed by your organization's name.

Next assign the user to the Admin (System) profile, this will give the user the access it needs to manages the integration.

For the email address for the user please use [email protected] this will grant access to our project managers.

Press Save and let your project manager know that the user has been created, and send them your 5-digit C&P Account Number.
