Checking the C&P Portal to Salesforce Integration status.

Not getting transactions in Salesforce?  Maybe the integration has been disabled.  This can happen if you change the integration user's password, security token or if the C&P Fraud alert detects too many failed transactions in short succession (this is to prevent your instance from going over API limits, and potentially creating a thousand false transactions)

Log in to the C&P Portal

If you have more than one C&P account select the one you want to check

Then 3rd Party -> Salesforce

Press the Verify & Update button at the bottom.

It will display the results in the space indicated.

Note you can also specify a series of email addresses that C&P will notify when your integration status changes.
