How to edit the hover view of records

When you hover over a record link you can see a preview of some of the fields. Here is how you edit the fields that appear.

In this case, the hover for this contact is only showing the name and Account Name. Suppose we want to add the Household and some additional fields. Here's how...

Go to the contact record and click Edit Layout in the upper right hand corner.

On the page layout editor, click Mini Page Layout in the upper right hand corner.

Click the field(s) you want to add on the Available side and then the right facing arrow to select them. When satisfied, click Save.

Now you should see the hover showing the fields you selected.
