How to create a new report

Click on your Reports tab

Click on the New Report... button

Start typing the name of your report type in the search box or use the folder tree below to find the report type you want.

Click to highlight your report type of choice

Then, click Create in the lower right corner of the page

It's always good practice to check your main report filters before beginning any work

Make sure you are showing All Records

And All Time as an initial starting point for customizing your report.
